Senior Associate in the firm’s Pharmaceutical Department. Working on cases within personal injury and product liability litigation within the pharmaceutical department. Responsible for complex litigation analysis and document review for MDL and mass torts in a high volume and fast-paced environment. Previously worked on the following cases: Taxotere litigation and 3M Earplug litigation. Engaged in all aspects of complex litigation case management; including working extensively in multiple jurisdictions handling discovery, expert reports, and unique federal court requirements. Currently working on PPI MDL and PPI DE litigations Bellwether case management. Handling pre-trial litigations aspects such as: discoveries, including client cultivation and preparing clients for depositions.
