Silvino Díaz brings over a decade of experience to role Junior Partner to the firm where he focuses on mass torts and multi-district litigation (MDL). His extensive practice covers a broad spectrum of high-profile cases, including pharmaceutical litigation involving products such as hernia mesh, vaginal mesh, proton pump inhibitors, Talcum powder, Zantac, CPAP machines, Powerport Catheters, hip and knee implants, and Abilify. Additionally, he has handled complex asbestos cases and a wide variety of personal injury and product liability lawsuits. Throughout his career, Silvino has successfully managed multiple high-stakes case dockets from intake through to settlement, always placing a strong emphasis on providing exceptional client service and advocacy.
As the junior partner of the Pharmaceutical Litigation Department, Silvino oversees critical aspects of case strategy and development while working collaboratively with other departments, including Client Services, IT, and senior management. This cross-departmental collaboration allows him to offer the highest standard of legal counsel while continually refining and optimizing the firm’s operations to better serve our clients.
