ATTORNEY
Mr. Gigante is an associate in the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Pharmaceutical Department, working out of the San Juan, PR office. He handles litigation support, depositions and internal investigations involving the opioid crisis that continues to affect communities across the nation. He also provides litigation support/discovery, research, and trial preparation for pharmaceutical litigation cases. Mr. Gigante earned his J.D. from Inter American University of PR School of Law and his LL.M. degree from Fordham University School of Law.

Previously, Mr. Gigante worked as an Attorney (General Counsel Office) for the PR Highway and Transportation Authority (Department of Transportation). He handled all legal issues within the agency, participated as lead Attorney in construction, contracts and personal injury cases. He also conducted investigations, performed legal research, drafted legal opinions and recommendations, and analyzed multiple regulations and contracts.
